SELF-EXCLUSION


Self-exclusion is a voluntary process where a person with a gambling concern excludes themselves from gambling websites. Br.meridianbet.com users are able to self-exclude themselves from further participation in the gaming line-up for a limited or unlimited period of time.

We would like to inform you that your closure/self-exclusion will only come into effect at the point you receive confirmation from our Customer Support team that your account is now closed/self-excluded.

Br.meridianbet.com shall not be liable for any losses toward either party before the closure takes place or the self-exclusion period comes into effect.

Any unsettled bets with Br.meridianbet.com will be settled on the result of the event.

The duration of a definite period of self-exclusion can be increased or decreased upon request of the relevant player.

A notice by the player increasing the period of self-exclusion will be effective immediately upon its receipt by Br.meridianbet.com, whereas a notice of decreasing it will be effective after at least 24 hours from the day on which Br.meridianbet.com receives the notice, and a notice by the player revoking an indefinite period of self-exclusion shall be effective after at least 7 days from the day on which we receive the notice

Self-exclusion will prevent you from placing sports bets, casino bets or placing a deposit. You can only withdraw funds.

Within this period you will not receive any promotional materials or adverts from us.

Alternative mechanisms to request Self-Exclusion

A player may at any time opt for an option to Self-Exclude via the verification page (the: "Seal") located at the bottom of the Br.meridianbet.com website. This is an intermediary service of Curaçao eGaming ("CEG"). By submitting a request for Self-Exclusion via the Self-Exclusion form, the player triggers a mandatory procedure for Br.meridianbet.com of this particular to discontinue services to the player for a minimum of 3 (three) months and maximum of 5 (five) years as per the IP-Agreement between CEG and Br.meridianbet.com. The Request shall not immediately trigger Self-Exclusion. CEG shall first confirm the identity of the player. Once the request is properly validated, Br.meridianbet.com shall be allowed a grace period of seven calendar days to comply with the Request, after which Br.meridianbet.com should confirm the Self-Exclusion to the player. The player is at any time allowed to seek alternate means to Self-Exclude. However CEG and Br.meridianbet.com do not accept any responsibility for the player that opts not to follow this particular intermediary procedure.
